This code should do it:

  TeeGrid1.Rows.Alternate.Brush.Visible:= True;
  TeeGrid1.Rows.Alternate.Brush.Color:= TAlphaColors.Beige;
  TeeGrid1.Rows.Alternate.Stroke.Visible:= True;
  TeeGrid1.Rows.Alternate.Show;
