identical length (in pixel) for the left and bottom axis

Hi,
I need a special point chart with an aspect ratio of 1. This means that the left and the bottom axis should roughly have the same length in pixel.
To make things even more complex, the form and the contained chart-control are resizable and the chart has a legend at the bottom which occupies a varying amount of space, depending on the changing length of the series-titles (sometimes the legend needs more than one line). In addition, both axes are inverted but at least they have the same scale in this special case.
Is there any solution?
