There is a customer who found problems posting a question on the forums so she asked us to post it in the forums so here it is:
With our current TeeChart ActiveX version 7, we are seeing a problem with some of the dialogs that are invoked from the Editor. They show up smaller in size than they should be. We notice this only on Windows 7. Is this a known issue?
The example below shows the “Border Editor” dialog with Ok and Cancel buttons not accessible.

I'd try the same with the latest version of TeeChart to see if the problem is still reproducible with it.
Note the last v7 of TeeChart ActiveX was published on April 2012; I don't think we will publish a new v7.
