TeeChart Activex Controls Grayed Out in VS2010 Toolbox

We have an existing ASP.NET project in VS2010. We are upgrading from TeeChart ActiveX V6 to 2013 version. I have installed the new version of TeeChart 2013 and refrenced the new TeeChart.dll and AXInterOp.TeeChart.dll files in my project (as per Strong Named Assemblies readme instructions).

The problem I am having is that I can add the TeeChart objects to the VS2010 Toolbox (Choose Items... COM Components) but no matter what I do they always remain disabled (grayed out) and I cannot drag the controls onto my form.

I have googled this problem at it may be a VS2010 issue but not sure if anyone else has experienced this with TeeChart ActiveX.

The target framework is .NET 4

I inform you that the problems you are experiencing aren't appearing for us with the latest TeeChart ActiveX 2014 we've just published. I'd suggest you to download it from the download page and check if it works at your end.
