Hello, The Width and Height dimensions of the Chart are not correctly initialised. The problem begins to become easily apparent when Charts are drag-sized to a non-standard aspect ratio. We'll fix this internally to TeeChart for the next release so that no additional coding be required but as a work...

Hello else, Thanks for the useful feedback. We've added a modification to compensate for the offset of a scrolled page and added a few other improvements to support zoom on multiple WebCharts on a page. The modifications will be included in the next maintenance release scheduled for availability lat...

Hello Darren,

TeeChart's positioning checks for clicks will be moved from Render to PreRender to make Chart event calls before SaveViewState. We'll put that into the interim test build this week (Wednesday).

Hello Rama, Thanks for you enquiry. We'll reference your points as we evaluate new functionality for upcoming versions but the current versions TeeChart can't do all that you're asking for. Looking back at your earlier post, a simple way to only have one Series visible in a Chart is to datasource fr...

Greetings, A test build for TeeChart for .NET v2 has been placed on the customer download page. The non-stable build will be updated regularly to serve for test purposes-only of inhouse builds between full maintenance releases. Only TeeChart library files and xml summary files are included in the in...

Hello, I've just tried to reproduce the steps you describe. There is a bug here. The issue appears to be 'Function' ancestry specific due to the way TeeChart internally tries to resolve the type 'Function', however we'll work the case through for a fuller look. Apologies for the inconvenience and th...

Hello Peter, TeeChart for .NET supports dynamic changes of language as long as the Character set is present on the machine in question. I would not expect any problem with codepage 1250 or 1252 (or other charsets for supported languages) but if you could point me to specific locations where the prob...

Hello, We still haven't identified a definitive cause for the problem, critical sections don't provide a robust solution. The error seems to be related the axis scale and refresh thereof under the weight of the load. Low frequency failures appear to have been avoidable here by removing fixed setting...

Hello Marco, Thanks for the info. Correct, TeeReg.exe shouldn't be used on a runtime installation. It provides a mechanism to install the Developer license only. Having installed it in a runtime machine does at least prove the point that the application is trying to resolve the license and is respon...
