How about using the ColorLine tool ?
I think it does all that you're looking for. You can see one example example of it in the TeeChart Pro Demo Features under : All Features -> Welcome ! -> Tools -> Color Line

To resize the WebChart you should use something like :

WebChart1.Width = Unit.Pixel(700);

I'm sorry, I cannot reproduce the problem here using the code I post in y other reply. How are you stack the bars ?
