Re: Sorting and Grouping data in Lazarus

Hello,

We're looking at options. TeeGrid Sort depends on the availability of RTTI. We'll get back with any suggestions we may be able to make.

Re: Enable TeeChart for .NET in website project

Hello,

In followup to this question. For a web project, generally older format web projects, where no AssemblyInfo.cs file is present, the TeeChart license file, "TeeChart.licenses", should be placed in the "App_LocalResources" folder.

Re: Installing TeeChart202164.ocx on 64bit computer

Hello, TeeChart includes ocx files for 32 and 64 bit environments. The 32bit ocx is automatically installed by the TeeChart installer but the 64 bit ocx file , under the '64bit files' folder, can be registered using the regsvr32.exe Note: "The 64-bit version is %systemroot%\System32\regsvr32.exe." h...

Re: [SOLVED] FMX Gantt chart - horizontal ScrollPager tool

Hello,

This is not straightforward. We are checking whether it's viable to switch the Active Scroller direction for the Gantt.

Re: Regular (non-custom) sorting...

Hello Sami, It looks like the VirtualData SortBy method is intended to permit a custom implementation (overriden class) for Sort. No solution is provided there. If the techniques outlined in the example are not applicable for your need perhaps we can help suggest an alternative. Regards, Marc Meumann

Re: .NET 5 String Measurement

Thanks for the bug report.

Logged here:
http://bugs.teechart.net/show_bug.cgi?id=2449

SixLabors uses a different MeasureString technique to MS System.Drawing. The problem may not be resolvable but perhaps we can explain it clearly.

Re: .NET 5 Console App Fonts

Hello,

Manually loading the font is the current best option when using SixLabors' Font with TeeChart.

Re: Clipping problem with Chart1.Canvas.LineTo & AfterDrawVa

Hello, Update to previous answer. The Clip in OnAfterDraw should apply to the Chart rectangle. ie. procedure TForm1.Series1AfterDrawValues(Sender: TObject); var x0, y0, x1, y1, x2, y2 : Integer ; begin Chart1.Canvas.ClipRectangle(Chart1.ChartRect); //<--here x0:=Series1.CalcXPos(0); y0:=Series1.Calc...

Re: teecalc2.dll Quarantined

Hello,

Thanks for letting us know. We'll take a look. It may be just a binary sequence that the executable has that coincides with another known suspicious sequence that Cyclance lists. I assume no specific virus is named (?).

Re: Pinch to Zoom

Hello Jochen, Ok, that behaves quite well in the local test here; single touch zoom is somewhat easier to run than double-touch because the Chart doesn't need to recalculate at each position, only once the zoom area is decided. Two resources here: Single touch zoom : settings: TChart1.IsManipulation...
